Scope

  • Design and construct new amenity
  • 2D restroom
  • 1 store room
  • DDA BBQ
  • Furniture
  • Rough in, fit off and connect edge of slab sewer, power and water

The site footprint had an existing club room on it, this was burn down and made redundant. Project brief was to use the existing steel beams and design new amenity to utilise the existing steel. GR designed the new amenity from the beams up. All new services were roughed in through the existing steel beams.
