There were two parts to this contract that GR secured for Campaspe Shire. First was to strengthen an existing shelter in the reserve with replacing the timber in-ground footings with HDG brackets; the second was too design and construct a restroom to match the shelter and surrounds. Restroom consisted of the following.
– 1D1A cubicle configuration
– Gable Roof
– Painted timber roofing
– Painted FSC weather boards (external)
– Painted FSC sheet (internal)
– Stainless steel toilet-ware and architectural hardware to A/S 1428.1
– new concrete slab to restroom and shelter footprint
– drafting, engineering and permits
This is a great example of GR ability to carry out open space infrastructure works in Victoria.
