WARRALILY ESTATE
GR was excited to be involved in delivering the hard structures at Warralily Estate in Geelong. Warralily Estate is close enough to the beach and the city that makes it so attractive to many, and is ideally located between Geelong, Barwon Heads and Torquay in Victoria’s West.
GR worked closely with GBLA with coming up with the custom restroom that was required to matched the shelters and arbours also installed in close proximity.
This is a great example of GR working with all kinds of materials including Corten steel. A successful project!

MACEDON RANGES SHIRE COUNCIL
GR won this design and construct boardwalk at Nursery Rd. The new boardwalk is the perfect solution that caters for growth and makes the area considerably more safe for local schools kids trying to access their school.
Project Specifications:
– 120m x 2.5m.
– Pine posts, bearers and joists.
– FRP Mini-mesh decking.
– Handrail to the elevated part of the boardwalk.
FRANKSTON CITY COUNCIL
BEAUTY PARK VIEWING PLATFORM REFURBISHMENT
GR recently refurbished this viewing platform for Frankston City Council at Beauty Park. Works involved were stripping the existing structure back to the timber piles. New work consisted of steel pile caps, HWD bearers and joists, mod-wood decking and pickling to handrail. GR also attended to some granitic path approach works.

DANDENONG CITY COUNCIL
LOIS TWOHIG RESTROOM AND SHELTER
Dandenong City Council engaged GR to design and construct the 1D1A fully compliant restroom and 4m x 4m “Bass” Skillion Shelter at Lois Twohig Reserve at Dandenong North. GR structures accompanied a playground upgrade, carp parking amongst other elements.
